Austria Rejects EU Open Borders Migrant Policies

The time of globalists profiting from cheap migrant labor and national disruption is nearing its end. After President Donald Trump shined a spotlight on the violent crime and wage suppression unchecked immigration causes, a new wave of nationalistic leaders have stepped up all around the world. Austria joins a lengthy list of countries ready to defend their borders from hordes of unknown, mostly young males looking to overrun them.

Middle Eastern migrants continue to mass at the Greek border, where violent clashes with law enforcement have ensued. Now potential carriers of COVID-19, left-wing globalists have been pressuring EU leaders to let them run roughshod in the communities working diligently to slow the pandemic. According to reports coming out of the EU, upwards of 150 non-governmental organizations have pressured Austria Chancellor Sebastian Kurz to let them pass.

“If the European Union allows these people to enter, millions will be on their way,” the 33-year-old Austrian leader reportedly said. He says Austria’s best course of action is “to support Greece as best as possible and to send a clear message as an EU. If we take in the people who Erdoğan sends to the border, it won’t stay at 13,000. Then millions of people will set off.”

Austria now joins the Greek, Czech, Hungarian, and Polish position that forced migration must come to an end. The dream of open borders has run headlong to the reality that looks far more like a nightmare.

Kurtz rose to head of Austria on a clear mandate to end open borders policies and begin the process of restoring Austrian soveriegnty. Radical Muslim extremists from the Middle East have caused rape incidents to skyrocket in countries such as Sweden and created “no-go zones” that effectively ban law enforcement from entering previously peaceful neighborhoods.

While globalists such former President Barack Obama and German Chancellor Angela Merkel pressured European countries to take thousands of migrants during the War of Terror, sentiments have drastically shifted. Recent polls indicate that at least 61 percent of Europeans want an abrupt end to mass migration, including so-called asylum seekers who scam the system. Merkel, once considered the de facto leader of the EU, has seen her influence wane in recent years. Now, rising political powerbrokers are reversing the course.

“It is distinct that the obligatory distribution of asylum seekers in the EU has failed,” Minister for Europe Karoline Edtstadler reportedly said.

But like the tactics used in the U.S. to try and force the Trump Administration to continue “catch-and-release” policies, EU liberals are also leveraging the court system. Europe’s court of justice recently issued a ruling that Poland, Hungary, and the Czech Republic, broke EU law by refusing to continue the flood of migrants. The court case, which will likely include Austria and others in the near future, also demonstrates that the rights of sovereign people are being stripped away.

Should illegal migrants reach Austria’s border, Interior Minister Karl Nehammer confirmed law enforcement and military forces would repel any incursion. It appears Austria, and other sovereign European nations, need to build a wall.
