During the 2016 election, President Donald Trump famously called Senator Ted Cruz, “Lyin Ted.” Today, the Trump team and his supporters are calling him “Lion Ted Cruz.” Why? Because like Rudy Giuliani and others, Cruz is fighting tooth and nail using all of his substantial legal prowess to fight back against record breaking Democrat voter fraud.
This week Newsmax writes, “Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas agreed to give the arguments before the Supreme Court in a major election case out of Pennsylvania because he says it ‘raises pure issues of law.’”
Before this happens, the Supreme Court has to agree to hear the case.
Cruz is a former professor of law a the University of Texas Law School in Austin. He was the first United States senator to give public support to the suit claiming voter fraud which was filed by Mike Kelly, Sean Parnell, and Wanda Logan.
The basis of the suit is built on a claim that a Pennsylvania state law allows for no mail-in voting and that any and all mail-in votes in Pennsylvania are therefore null and void. If the claim is upheld, it would eliminate potentially hundreds of thousands of votes for Biden. Many such votes were the same which were delivered early in the morning on November 4th after the polls nationwide called for a break and promised to resume the counting the next day.
That break was unprecedented, and when the nation woke up the next day, we found a sharp spike in Biden votes having occurred during the period in which no one was supposed to have been counting.
The Kelly-Parnell-Logan lawsuit would have over 90% of those votes thrown out, which would give Donald Trump a decisive lead in the state.
Cruz told KDKA-TV reporters, “This appeal to the Supreme Court raises serious issues. It raises pure issues of law, and I believe the Court should take the case. They should hear the appeal. The legal team asked if I would be willing to present oral arguments if the court took the case. I told them that I would be happy to, particularly at this time when the country is so divided and people are so angry. I believe we need a resolution.”
He went on to say that in a nation where 40% of Americans are certain that the election was rigged, everything to restore confidence in the system must be done.
We are pleased to hear Ted Cruz say these things. But the fact remains that we have seen new evidence of massive voter fraud every single day since the night of November the 3rd. Of course, evidence is not proof, but with so much fraud having been proven to have taken place from so many angles, we cannot imagine that the Supreme Court can fail to remedy the issue, and punish those responsible for the attempted theft of our republic.
No one better than Senator Ted Cruz to argue the case, that man is BRILLIANT!

Now if the court will ever hear it is another story, I have never seen such a mess in my life…Even the Bush-Gore mess was settled by recounting and now no one even can be sure if their vote was counted or thrown out. This is great to hear,, but so many have such a disappointment in our government and judicial system anymore. There is so much corruption in the democratic party and yet nothing ever gets done about it. So my hope is fading quickly. I don’t understand why the Supreme Court initially shut it down and didn’t want to get involved,, this corruption of the election it’s not just a state thing, it’s a country thing because so many states were in involved. I believe Ted Cruz is the right man at the right time for arguing this case before the SCOTUS. He has experience from having argued cases before The Court several times. One thing terribly wrong is that our judicial system operates on precedent and legalise. Someone has observed that common sense and decency have long since departed America’s principles. Putting before the Court the election scenario calls for common sense and observation of what the Dems have been doing since the last election. Getting slapped by over-confidence they set up Plan B—reserve ballots at the ready, almost 100% cast for Biden!? It was re-ported that the swing states halted counting simultanously, sent poll watchers home and then “a Hail Mary” heave for more votes. Make this point in addition to vote totals for President Trump at the time vote counting stopped—there’s our president. When it became obvious that Pres Trump was going to win again, Plan B was activated.
