UK Elections, China Trade Deal Mean BIG Wins for Working Americans

With U.K. conservatives earning a dominant Brexit endorsement and the Trump Administration about to pen Phase I of a trade deal with China, American workers are about to take a victory lap.

“Congratulations to Boris Johnson on his great WIN! Britain and the United States will now be free to strike a massive new Trade Deal after BREXIT. This deal has the potential to be far bigger and more lucrative than any deal that could be made with the E.U. Celebrate Boris!” President Donald Trump tweeted.

In the midst of an almost unprecedented economic revival, the bowing and scraping before lesser countries during the Obama years seems like a distant memory. In reality, the U.S. slipped back to the number two economy only a few years ago. Former President Barack Obama and Joe Biden were globetrotting, making lousy trade deals that outsourced American jobs while working people suffered wage stagnation, double-digit unemployment, and the country was dependent on Middle East oil.

In less than three years, President Trump upended the globalists who wanted to remake the world in their image. The American populist revolt of 2016 sent a shot around the world. Working people continue to protest against liberal President Emanuel Macron in France, and Chancellor Angela Merkel is on her way out in Germany. Everyday people have had enough with elitist rule –and Boris Johnson’s conservative Tories just unified working-class and middle-class Brits to ensure the U.K. completes its Brexit from the EU.

“This election means that getting Brexit done is now the irrefutable, irresistible, unarguable decision of the British people. With this election, I think we put an end to all those miserable threats of a second referendum,” Johnson said after his win. “You voted to be carbon neutral by 2015, and you also voted to be (Liberal politician Jeremy) Corbyn neutral by Christmas, and we’ll do that, too.”

The Tories will now fast-track Brexit, and Trump is eagerly awaiting the start of trade negotiations. The EU has disgracefully engaged in trade practices that put onerous tariffs on American-made products. These one-sided tariffs began after World War II when the Europeans were rebuilding. Agreed upon as a short-term measure, greedy liberal leaders continued the practice while American taxpayers funded their NATO military defense.

The Trump Administration has already forced the EU to back down on many of its worst anti-American trade policies. Unfortunately, leftist climate cult politicians in the EU are now upending any semblance of trade stability by threatening to level so-called “carbon taxes” on American products. Their misguided far-left ideology is why a separate deal with the U.K. is expected to pay huge dividends for working Brits and Americans alike.

“This is an upending of the British class system of politics,” political analyst Henry Olsen reportedly said. “The Tories will represent — have a larger share of their vote — coming from people without strong middle-class or education backgrounds for the first time in their history, or at least for the first time in the 21st century. It’s just an amazing thing happening tonight, and it’s going to save their country.”

Economic experts such as Stuart Varney have already gone on the record stating that Brexit “paves the way for the Brits to get out of socialist Europe, and it paves the way for a really good trade deal with Trump for the United States.”

On the Asian trade war front, China’s economy continues its death spiral after President Trump drew a real line in the sand on currency manipulation, intellectual property theft, and a host of other unfair trade practices. Since the Trump Administration went head-to-head with China, the U.S. regained the mantle as the number one world economy. As the president continued to ramp up tariffs and pressure, the Asian superpower suffered the worst economic numbers in more than 25 years. Apparently, only President Trump and his team of skilled financial strategists knew how to beat China.

In a show of goodwill, the Trump Administration has agreed to halt the increase in tariffs scheduled for late 2019 and 2020. China, in turn, has agreed to make American farmers whole, and then some. In return for the president taking his proverbial boot off their throat, China has agreed to purchase $50 billion in agricultural goods. The president has also insisted that Phase I of the U.S.-China trade deal would include a substantial increase in China buying crops, as well as balanced tariffs and an end to stealing American intellectual property.

Just four years ago, the idea of the U.S. securing the high ground in a trade deal with China seemed like science fiction. Once the trade deals with the U.K. and China are in place, American farmers, businesses, and workers are going to get paid, big league.
