The days of the biased, fake news media misleading people appear to be coming to an end as the Yellow Vests revolt in France stormed propaganda outlets.
Mirroring the American populist revolution led by Pres. Donald J. Trump, citizens around the world are asserting their nationalist pride and denouncing the globalist elites such as German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French Pres. Emmanuel Macron — whose policies have crushed the economic lives of working class people.
Hundreds of thousands of anti-government protesters have flooded the country’s major cities wearing yellow vests. What started as a targeted revolt against Macron’s onerous gas tax has morphed into a full French revolution. In recent weeks, the loosely organized uprising has tightened, and many are touting the “Citizens’ Initiative Referendum” designed to bring the French elitist president to heel. It has already garnered more than 700,000 signatures. Thousands of protestors are calling for Macron to resign. Others have called for his head.
After Macron cowardly fled via helicopter as protestors approached Paris, the angry populist revolutionaries turned their attention to his co-conspirators — the fake news media.
Yellow Jacket protestors shouted “Journalists — collaborationists” as they hurled objects at the Associated Press offices and clashed with police in bloody street fights. Many chanted the phrase “fake news” coined by Pres. Trump and it appears the protestors are fully aware that the fake news media is “the enemy of the people” on a global scale.
Hundreds of protesters massed outside the French BFM TV station in an indictment the outlet has conspired with the Macron regime to spread false propaganda and lies about the citizen uprising.
“Fake news journalists come down,” they chanted. “Macron out!”
Despite nearly 1 million French citizens being actively engaged in the populist revolution, fake news media have reportedly attempted to downplay its size and distort reform demands.
Protestors set cars on fire near the Eiffel Tower, and the smoke could be seen for miles. The angry citizens were fired on by police you used tear gas and water cannons to disperse them. But each week, the Yellow Vests return with a vengeance as Macron backpedals on his elitist policies in defeat.
Macron has publicly projected his lavish and wealthy lifestyle while burdening low-income families with high taxes and policies that have impeded the economy. In many ways, France is currently experiencing a similar level of despair that the Obama-era globalist policies fostered in terms of double-digit unemployment, stagnant wages, and excessive taxes. Mirroring the Obama years, the fake news media touts the liberal extremism as progressive and positive.
In America, the biased fake news media continues to denounce any and all achievements made by President Donald Trump, despite data proving his America First agenda has rolled back unemployment to historic lows, ramped up the U.S. GDP and improved essential trade agreements. President Trump fought the media tooth and nail during the run-up to the 2016 elections and every day since.
In recent weeks, the French media has been floating a false narrative that the “Russians” are behind the protests. They are clearly taking their propaganda tips from Democrats and outlets such as CNN, the New York Times and others.
Jean-Yves Le Drian, the country’s foreign minister, stated that an investigation into Russian interference was underway while on mainstream radio in France.
The French media could not be more obvious in their efforts to pull a hoax over everyday people. Many French citizens view the sickening lies as a direct insult to protestors who have put themselves in harm’s way to protect the economic future of their families from globalist tyranny.
“If you tried to explain to the Gilets Jaunes (Yellow Vests) on the Champs Elysee that they were being organized by the Russian security services, you would at best get your face kicked in,” one protester remarked.
President Trump’s remarks that the fake news media is the “enemy of the people” has been a shot heard around the world. People in every country have come to terms with the fact that extreme bias exists in the mainstream media and it’s time to fight back.
