The Democratic Party’s candidate for president was adamant that President Donald Trump release his personal tax returns. But when it comes to publishing a list of candidates who would fill the U.S. Supreme Court, Joe Biden refuses. The hypocrisy runs thick among Democrats who huddle in secrecy about things that impact Americans, but cry foul when Republicans assert their right to privacy.
“Joe Biden knows that if he revealed the kind of radical left-wing lawyers he would appoint to the Supreme Court that he would lose the election,” Senator Tom Cotton said. “That’s why he has consistently refused now for two years to do what Donald Trump did four years ago and did as recently two weeks ago — show his hand. Tell the American people his vision for what kind of jurist belongs on the Supreme Court.”
In the run-up to the 2016 election, President Trump published a list of candidates and made a promise to nominate from those judges. It was one of the deciding factors that elevated the former reality TV star and business mogul to the White House. According to a Pew Research survey, 65 percent of likely voters rank Supreme Court nominations as a driving issue.
“About three-quarters of conservative Republicans and Republican leaners (77 percent) say the issue of Supreme Court appointments will be very important to their vote, compared with fewer (56 percent) moderate and liberal Republicans and leaners,” according to Pew Research.
Everyday Americans were acutely aware that a vacancy existed the winner of the 2016 election would fill. President Trump’s transparency on the issue energized seemingly disenfranchised Christian and conservative voters.
“Should voters know? Should voters know who you’re going to appoint,” a reporter recently asked Biden.
“No, they don’t, but they will if I’m elected. They’ll have plenty of time,” Biden said, avoiding the issue. “It’s a legitimate question. But let me tell you why I’m not going to answer that question: because it will shift the focus. That’s what he wants. He never wants to talk about the issue at hand. He always tries to change the subject.”
Despite Biden’s recent verbal acrobatics, U.S. Supreme Court choices are very much the issue at hand. And it’s Joe Biden who is trying to change the subject.
Senator Cotton’s speculation Biden would suffer a massive loss of moderate voters if his list were made public has widespread agreement among political analysts. Pacifying the likes of Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders’ socialist followers or New York Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s party insurgency would require a list that excludes all White males. Anything less would be decried by fake news talk show hosts such as CNN’s Don Lemon as “white supremacy.”
Although the Democratic Party may want to stay hush on the subject, voters do want to know what a Biden nomination would look like. Merrick Garland, the Obama-Biden pick, never received a floor vote because he was a political activist masquerading as a judge. The former administration’s other selections have proven time and time again they prefer to legislate from the bench rather than deliver even-handed decisions based on the U.S. Constitution.
“I think Vice President Biden will continue to stall because he knows that anyone he would nominate to the Supreme Court would be a radical left-wing lawyer with a long paper trail of judicial activism of presuming to impose her or his political, moral preferences on the American people rather than letting the American people govern themselves through their elected representatives,” Senator Cotton added. “That’s why Joe Biden refuses to reveal his list.”
Don’t expect Biden to admit to anything he would do if elected, as letting the cat out of the bag BEFORE the election would ensure a Trump victory. The left just does not want to be specific concerning what they plan to do, IF Biden is elected president. They just want to talk in general terms with NO specifics. What a BIG surprise? If so, be sure to vote for all of the Democrats in the Nov election, then you can kiss the good old U.S. goodbye.

There have been a number of times when an advertisement would pop up on my computer asking “Should Former President Obama be appointed to the Supreme Court?” If others are seeing this, it should become a clear statement that that is exactly what the Democrats would like to happen. God forbid that it would or if Biden gets elected, Hillary would be in charge of the Department of Justice!!!! The citizens of our country need to realize the facts about these criminals! There is a case with the Supreme Courtv that was filed by JOHN Q PUBLIC with approximately 40,000 pages of proven documentation of their criminal activities. The Court did not want it to be presented prior to the elections and Gingsberg was one of those who voted for the delay. I hope the “silent majority” of our patriotic citizens will rise up and VOTE for President Trump. Most likely, Biden would choose any of the lawyers/judges that went against Donald Trump–especially those at the impeachment. He also mentioned earlier that he would pick Barack Obama. He would pick them if his handlers recommended them, or the polls indicated a favorable response. Biden is a poll driven candidate who tells people what they want to hear to get elected. Once elected, he would do what his handlers said or what would be in his own best interest. While he was Vice President and “point man” on China, Ukraine, etc. various family members were “employed” to ensure that the US would give them favor. His family members got richer while US citizens lost their jobs to overseas countries like China. Biden is not a statesman looking out for the best interest of the country unless it would benefit him or his family financially.
We expect both our President and our Supreme Court Justices to have both the presence of mind and the integrity to make good, well-reasoned decisions on the MANY issues which arise before them. Those decisions affect us immediately and throughout the lives of our descendants. Therefore, we very PROPERLY question individuals before allowing them to enter service in these extremely important functions. We must have very strongly supported information, as to the manner in which an individual reasons and reaches decisions ; as these people, once in office, bring literal life-and-death consequences upon both our nation and those people living within it. “Vetting” people before putting them into positions of power is the best way to avoid tragedies. After they reach power may be too late to save many of ourselves from their harms.

The Joe Biden of 25 years ago might have been a decent match for The Donald, and we might have seen sparks fly in a Presidential debate. But Joe is facing his final reward just as RBG faced hers. Time does us all in, some sooner than others. I am an authority on the subject at age 78. But Donald would have won over the Biden of 25 years ago, just as he will win today. Biden was always on the wrong side of important issues. Kamala Harris may become a force to be reckoned with as a result. Note that she is not really black – she is 1/2 Indian and 3/8 Irish. It might be good to see an Indian in high office in the US. Indians are considered white by blacks in Africa. Maybe Tulsi Gabbard, instead?
